2.2. Service Availability

Services are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Emergency services may be available outside these hours upon request and subject to additional charges.

3. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate information regarding the type and quantity of waste to be collected.
• Ensure that waste is properly segregated as per regulatory requirements.
• Maintain access to the waste containers for easy collection.
• Adhere to the agreed-upon schedule for waste collection.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for the services provided shall be made based on the following terms:

• Invoices are issued monthly and are payable within 30 days of receipt.
• Late payments may incur additional fees or interest as specified in the invoice.
• Service Provider reserves the right to suspend services in the event of non-payment.

5. Service Fees

Fees for our services are determined based on the volume and type of waste, frequency of collection, and any additional services requested. A detailed fee schedule is available upon request.

6. Term and Termination

This agreement commences on the date of acceptance and continues until terminated by either party. The Client can terminate the agreement by providing 30 days' written notice. The Service Provider may terminate the agreement immediately for breach of terms or non-payment.

7. Liability

Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the services provided. Liability is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for services in the preceding twelve months.

8. Compliance with Laws

The Service Provider and the Client agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to waste disposal and environmental protection in Redbridge.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the service provision. This obligation remains in effect even after the termination of the agreement.

10. Amendments

These Terms and Conditions may be amended or updated by the Service Provider with prior notice to the Client. Continued use of the services after such amendments constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
